submitted by Ryan B. - |Recommended: NoIts falling apart — Dont. I have put through 16 requests for the condition of my apartment and the grounds. I feel sorry for the maintenance guy being the only person who has to handle this place. The building is literally falling apart faster than it can be fixed.

Compared to the surrounding apartment complexes, this is the only one with a pool, fitness center, underground parking, AND a tanning booth It is worth paying a tiny bit more each month for all this together. On top of modern apartments and a great location. I love living here

submitted by Virginia C. - |Recommended: YesNice, quiet, safe neighborhood — There are things I would change physically in the apartment - but overall satisfied. Sometimes I think changing things like pictures in the hallway and rental signs outside are not necessary.

I wish they had more storage inside the apartment, especially kitchen area cabinets are weirdly shaped and sized making pots and pans difficult to fit .

Situated within walking distance of the Great Dane, Copps, Anytime Fitness, dentist, doctor, pharmacy, shopping, featuring beautiful sidewalks and the Capitol City bike trail for the health-conscious. Includes an outdoor pool and clubhouse with a modest workout room.

submitted by Justin S. - |Recommended: YesOnline bill pay needs improved — There's no option to pay whole balance when setting up online bill pay. The bill is different every month because utilities are now lumped with rent. This means there's no advantage to setting up online bill pay unless you decide to overpay each month.
